Solar PVE Brings Expertise to Ireland

(13-Dec-16) British company Solar Technology PV Energy (Solar PVE) has opened its first office in Ireland.  The flagship office in County Mayo brings with it expertise and the latest solar cell technology, at a time when EU support and anticipated State incentives present solar PV (photovoltaic) as an intriguing proposition for the home and workplace.

Solar PVE Ireland owner and Managing Director John Coffey has eight years experience in the Solar PV business, he explains: “The opening of this, the first office in the Republic of Ireland, presents our expertise across the supply chain as well as the latest solar rooftop technology, to enable customers to capitalise on an economical, renewable power source that is expected to reach 1-2 gigawatts in Ireland by 2020.”

With Ireland’s ambitious renewable energy targets positioning the country centre stage in Europe, the Government looks poised to support and invest in the use of solar to deliver on its promises by 2020.  This is very positive news for homeowners and business owners looking to capitalise on this opportunity in addition to the already inherent economical and environmental benefits of solar.

Over the last six years Solar PVE has been responsible for more than five megawatts of rooftop PV installations across the UK, its Government accreditation in the UK and list of clients to date position the business as one of the market leaders in solar PV installation.
